The President at the time, Norman Archer, was not present at this event as he was ill.

It has been suggested that Bilton CC occupy the table nearest the camera and names suggested have been as follows.

David Broadley occupies the bottom RH corner of the photo with Harold Deighton and James (?) Pogson also on the table.

Guiseley CC may occupy the 3rd table from the top of the photo.
